Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pamela moved to the Valley of the Sun in 2004 to attend the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. Originally having an interest print journalism, Pamela was bitten by the PR bug while interning for the Media Relations department at the Arizona Super Bowl XLII Host Committee- and hasn’t looked back since.
Pamela joined the Owens Harkey Advertising team in 2012 as a Public Relations Executive, leading the agency’s public relations efforts. Her role includes developing public relations strategy, orchestrating media relations efforts and executing social media campaigns for clients.
Before coming to Owens Harkey, Pamela was the public relations manager for knoodle Public Relations and Advertising. There she managed PR efforts and handled media relations for clients on a local, national and international level.
Over the last five years, her work has stretched across a variety of nonprofit, business-to-business and consumer brands including; yurbuds, Fulton Homes, Red Development, Bill Johnson’s Big Apple, Neighborhood Housing Services of Phoenix and Arizona Kidney Foundation.
